“ The staff at this Cafe Nero Gatwick are absolutely the BEST! I had my bag taken when I was in the loos today, I realised as I got on the train and I got back to try and find it - the airport security weren’t great. I had had a terrible day before I landed at the airport. I spotted the staff and they asked if I was alright - I wasn’t, they found me an iPhone charger, they called me down, they helped me so much when I was in a huge panic, distressed and upset. The beautiful Muslim lady helped me find my bag, it was exactly where she thought it may have been handed in! They’d closed by the time I got the bag back with my devices, keys and. other personal items so I didn’t get a chance to tell them. The staff are so kind, courteous, helpful and wonderful human beings, bless you all ”
